This is probably one of the biggest myths about hair extensions and most women steer clear of trying them due to fear of damage. It is important to note that professionally applied hair extensions will not affect your hair at all. When your stylist is certified and properly trained, NO. It is imperative to follow the proper hair care routine to avoid any tangling or breakage, and make sure to use recommended products by your stylist to maintain your extensions.

Are extensions damaging?
Short term- the answer could be yes, because the extensions do take 1-2.5 hours to properly apply and do need to be moved up to your root area every 4-8 weeks. Having more hair will result in longer drying time. Long term- my clients say no. Why? The extensions hold style much longer while also absorbing your natural oil. So this results in less washing and styling, making your day to day hair routine much shorter.
FAQ
Are extensions a lot of maintenance?
Yes. Unless you're struggling with very fine, thin hair then you should be able to have your hair styled up with extensions. I recommend doing a low pony/bun the first week of installation.

Can I wear my hair up?
With a perfect color match, a blending cut, you will have a seamless blend! As the wind blows your extensions will be undetectable.

After booking your appointment, you'll be prompted to fill out a new client form. This form includes questions about your hair type, any previous chemical treatments, current products you use, and any specific concerns or requests you have. This information allows our stylists to prepare for your visit and tailor their approach to meet your unique needs.

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Your stylist will review your new client form with you, discuss your hair goals, and perform a thorough consultation to ensure they understand your vision. Throughout the service, your stylist will use top-quality products and techniques to achieve the best results. After the service, you’ll receive personalized tips and product recommendations to help maintain your new style at home.

I have Wi-Fi, sparkling water, delicious seasonal beverages, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your color processes. We can even trade playlists over my personal speaker or relax in the calm environment. Please feel free to bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you. Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me!

A cancellation within the 48 to 24 hour window will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Less than 24 hours or a no show will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.Appointment reminders are sent out at time of booking, 72 hours prior and also at 48 hours before.All guests are required to have a valid card on file, adding a card on file means that you agree to the above cancellation policy.
